Guiding You Wisely

PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY

"My job is to help you get what you want through hard work. I put in the extra time and energy to make things right so you can make the right choices."

AGENT PROFILE

Milton Ow, a third-generation San Franciscan, has been selling real estate in the Bay Area since 1997. After graduating from Sacred Heart High School in San Francisco, he earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from SFSU and worked for an iconic San Francisco company in accounting. As exciting as it was to land that job, he found the work slow and boring, and realized he was in the wrong field.

As a child, Milton tagged along with his father, a successful garment manufacturer. He overheard many real estate conversations, and figured out his father was buying San Francisco property. He was impressed by the fact that some agents seemed much more knowledgeable and competent than others. He liked the idea of investing in something tangible, and he liked what he saw in the real estate field. He saw independence.

He took a leap of faith in 1997 and entered the real estate profession. He’s never regretted it. In 2002 he joined Coldwell Banker and has been with the top firm ever since, winning recognition and awards as the #1 Listing Agent of the Month and the #1 Gross Commission Income Agent of the Month.

Real estate isn’t a sideline for Milton. It’s a career he loves. He’s in it for the long haul. With energy, enthusiasm, and full focus, he does what it takes to get the job done. He takes great satisfaction in living up to his clients’ high expectations. Some say, don’t work hard, work smart. Milton says it takes both. He puts in the extra effort, keeping to a rigorous schedule in order to stay current on home prices and market trends. Armed with this knowledge, he negotiates on behalf of his clients so they get the best possible deal.

Giving credence to the saying that if you want something done, find the busiest person you can, Milton Ow takes time from the very demanding schedule he sets for himself to give back to the community. He supports Habitat for Humanity, the San Francisco Volunteer Center, and Toys for Tots. He has won recognition from Habitat for Humanity for his consistent hard work, year after year, building affordable housing for low-income families. He and his wife, Andrea, are also active in their son’s school, taking turns chaperoning 50 kids on various field trips. He has also helped out with the school’s farm/garden.

Milton’s fluency in Cantonese gives him the ability to communicate well with his Chinese clients, making them feel comfortable and understood.
